For the comfort of all our guests, The Ransome Inn maintains a smoke free environment.  Smoking is permitted in the gardens, back deck, balcony, or front porch. 

Rates are double occupancy and include a full breakfast.

Check in time is between 3 p.m. and 6 p.m. Please advise in advance for early or late arrivals (we appreciate it). Check out time is 11 a.m.

Late check out or early check in may be available for an extra charge.

Well behaved children at any age are very much welcomed.

The Ransome Inn is pet friendly and are allowed with the discrepancy of the Innkeepers.  All pets need to be pre-approved for their stay. There is a $35 fees charged per pet for the length of stay. The Ransome Inn is pet friendly because they have their own pets as well. Please keep this policy in mind regarding potential allergies with cats or dogs.

Smoking and use of candles or any open flame is not permitted in the Ransome Inn.

Payment must be check, cash or money order. Credit cards are not accepted. Paypal is accepted for deposits to hold the reservation.

Guests are responsible for any damage they cause.

Only registered guests are allowed overnight.

Reservations shall be cancelled and deposits forfeited if a guest hasn’t checked in by 7pm unless other arrangements have been made.

Changing or canceling a reservation shall result in a forfeiture of any deposit solely at our descretion.

An 11.625% NY State Sales tax and hotel tax are added to all bills

2 night minimum required on holiday weeks and weekends special event weeks and weekends and during our high season at our discretion.

If booking for only one night on the weekend, (a Friday, Saturday or Sunday), the cost of the accommodation would be the holiday rate.
